Soap Making Workshop
We do not have a soap making class scheduled at this time,
but if you are interested, please don't hesitate to ask. If there is
enough interest, we will schedule one. We can offer a class Monday
thru Saturday (with the exception of Wednesdays).

Would you like to learn how to make your own lye
soap? Come to our soap making workshop and learn
first hand from experienced soap maker, Teddi Bechard.
Class size will be limited to 3 to allow for greater participation,
visibility, and opportunity to ask questions. Teddi will show you
step-by-step how to make lye soap. During class, under Teddi's
direction, you will actually make soap!
Class price is $125. A non-refundable deposit of $40 per person is required. If you'd
like to participate, please pre-register and have your deposit to us at
least 1 week prior to class.
Class will begin at 11:00 AM.
Plan on being here 4-5 hours.
After watching and helping make soap at the workshop, you will have
opportunity to purchase our complete soapmaking kit so you can make your own soap at home! The
kit includes our soapmaking DVD, a recipe, and everything you need to make
your own soap! All you'll need is water and a few kitchen tools!

Please bring a blanket with you. We try to send you
home with the batch of soap that you made in class. You will want to
cover it.
A delicious lunch will be included.
Because of the caustic nature of working with lye, and out of consideration
to the other participants, we ask that you check with the Bechards before
signing up anyone younger than 14. Thank you.
Would you like
to come but the day is not right? All we need are 2 people to schedule
a class for a different date!
(As my schedule allows, Workshop times are available Monday-Tuesday and
Thursday thru Saturday).
